This delightful book combines remarkably fine photography with a wealth of fascinating facts about owls, their bodies and their habits. From an explantation of their extraordinary ability to turn their heads in every direction to their hyperacute hearing, amplified by the shape of their broad faces I found this book fascinating. My son completed a project on owls and used MS Powerpoint. His presentation was terric but most of his research came from these owl books on Amazon. Much better than internet. Great pictures.

Great book. Loved the photographs and the information was kid friendly. The binding of the book is horrible. It's glued together so as soon as you open the book the pages start falling out. I was very disappointed.
