Being Jewish, I have been involved in a seder since I was child. However my friends who have children, who arent Jewish, ask so many questions I wish I could answer them.

This book is simple and fun. It is one of those volumes that is kid friendly for the non jewish. This also can teach those who are jewish (like me )a few lessons of what Passover is.

It is a cute family book that speaks volumes. It teaches with humor and information. It explain the idea of the seder, Passover and Jewish traditions with the animals of the zoo. It explains many Jewish tradition in catchy verse that can bring DR Seuss-ish ideal to a Jewish holiday.

Absolutely love this book- it gives a cute yet informative introduction to the Jewish holiday and is perfect for children of all ages. The author, Dan Guttman, is a very nice guy and his clever use of puns and imagery in this children's book will provide an everlasting and re-readable story about zoo animals observing Passover that even teenagers and adults will be able to appreciate!
