It's an easier chapter book - great for kindergarten or first grade, but my second grader enjoys them as well. They're great for boys or girls, and they're funny and entertaining. We got into these books since Chris Van Dusen is the illustrator. We started with the first three and he wanted more. My son is four but this book is definitely appropriate for older children as well.
