I purchased this looking for activities to do with my 3.5-month-old baby both to entertain her and assist in her development. The suggestions in the book are either dumb and impractical (e.g., go buy a bunch of hats, put them on and take them off in front of your baby) or just giving a name to something that you likely already do and calling it an activity (e.g., bouncing a baby on your knee is a "pony ride"). Very disappointed. I found far better suggestions online. If you're thinking of trying it out, just be aware that the return costs are more than the book itself.

I like this book a lot. It has great ideas for songs, playtime, and games. It's really nice to have a book like this on hand, especially if you're a tired new parent and you need to think of great new activities.

The book was not new. I paid for a new book and this one had blue writing on the cover. I am very disappointed because this was a gift. :(

Lots of good, easy activities. I like how the book starts with newborns and then proceeds by age.

wish I had bought this sooner. my granddaughter is already 8mo's old so I missed out on a lot of fun games. After all these years, I've forgotten a lot.

Like many of the reviews I read before purchasing this book-- many of the games/ideas are ones you could come up with on your own. With that said, it's nice to have a little reference book to jog your memory and keep things fresh for your child after you have severe "mommy(or daddy)brain." I leave this out for our sitters so they have a quick guide to games too. It's good to have on hand.

Okay book. Has some great activities but could be more age specific. Vague.

This was a great tool for me with my first child. I had no experience and it was challenging to find enough activities that fit his age. Very helpful!
