The book called 10 step so I expected a programme. What there is is a lot of excercises with no advise on how to put them together in a programme.

The book called 10 step so I expected a programme. Steps 1,2 3 are morning afternoon evening, then it goes onto specific part of the body. It is unclear whether you should do everything, do step 1-3 as maintenence and build up or use the other 7 steps if you have specific problems.
