Even though this is an old cookbook, I thought it worth reviewing. I love this book. The Chicken Tetrazzini, the Chicken Barley Soup, the Chicken Parmesean are all wonderful. If you are doing 400 calorie meals or Weight Watchers this is a terrific book.

By the way, I use this for family meals as well as in making individual serving meals for my freezer. The recipes are a little work, but not difficult.
