Cowboy Up (Siren Publishing Classic ManLove). I love a Stormy Glenn story. It's full of erotic, awesome sex, an interesting plot, and deep, amazing characters. Cowboy Keeper (Siren Publishing Classic ManLove). They can stand alone, but I've read the whole series. I like seeing the people again. This tale is different, a ménage of three men, as Seamus, the youngest Blaecleah brother is pining for John, the Sheriff. John is trying to protect Seamus from threats, but instead of letting his know, he ignores him.

[Siren Classic ManLove: Erotic Alternative Cowboy Romance, M/M] Lachlan Blaecleah never expected to find the love of his life in the middle of a street fight with two other men, but he knew the moment he saw Asa Miller that he wanted to get to know the man better. He jumps into the fight and becomes Asa's knight in slightly tarnished armor. Asa Miller is amazed by Lachlan every time he looks at him. He's a walking, talking cowboy fantasy come to life, complete with hat and boots. After being rescued by him and taken home for a night of debauchery at the hands of the sexy cowboy, Asa isn't sure what to do next. Should he stick around and get to know Lachlan and his large family better or run from the feelings the man invokes in him? Before Asa can make his choice, someone else steps in to separate the two men, on a more permanent basis. Asa has to decide if what they have together is worth the heartache he feels when he almost loses the man he loves. Or should he guard his heart and lose his cowboy forever? ** A Siren Erotic Romance

I love contemporary m/m romances, especially those featuring some hot, hot cowboys. COWBOY EASY, the first of Stormy Glenn's BLAECLEAH BROTHERS series, seemed like it would fit the bill nicely. I don't regret purchasing it, and I'll probably even get around to reading the other books in the series eventually, but I did have some issues with the story.

First off, the story is well-written. I had no problems with the writing at all. My main complaint was that, in this day and age, you don't get many people rescuing a stranger from the road, taking him home, and immediately sexing him up with no regards to reality. You know, reality like "Is the guy an axe murderer?" Or "How many other guys did he sleep with today?" It's just not safe, and it's actually pretty ridiculous if you think about it. My other major complaint actually came after I finished the story and realized that the author planned to make EACH AND EVERY Blaecleah brother (and there are five of them!) gay. Really? How unrealistic is that? Not one straight guy among the bunch, even the one who can't go a full sentence without mentioning the girl he banged recently?

These were the issues I had with the story, which other readers might not share. Like I said, Stormy Glenn can write. I didn't hate COWBOY EASY, and I even came to care about most of the main characters by the story's end. But my problems were big enough that I didn't love the story as much as, say, THE TIN STAR and THE BROKEN H by J.L. Langley, who writes some hot yet believable and emotional cowboys.

I really enjoyed reading this first book in the Blaecleah Brothers series. Stormy Glenn has created some interesting characters and I loved the instant heat/connection between Lachlan and Asa.

I do feel that she should have resolved the issue of Asa not having a job. I just finished book 3 in this series and he's still unemployed? Why have him not want to be a "kept man" but not give him a job in the space of 3 books? That doesn't make any sense. I can see leaving a loose end to tie up in the next book, but not three down the road. At least, not with something that was such a major concern for both men in the book.

Because of that and the typos, I can't give it five stars. I did enjoy it though and it's easily the best in the series.

While there are a ton of clichés in this story, it's still pretty good. I truly liked both characters and thought they were well thought out. The story was slightly rushed and I hated the promise Asa made, it was just stupid. I loved that Lachlans parents were are open minded and loving as they were. The brothers were pretty funny as well.

First thing: the story is good and readable.
Second thing: I can't quite put my finger on what it is but the guys in this story just don't come off right. The sex scenes are just missing something. As a guy who has sex with guys I just don't see the sex scenes as real. I may just be coming off as sexist but I don't think the author quite gets what it is to have and use a cock. I'm just saying.

A wonderful series.
No story, just sex. It's very descriptive and rather boring in the sameness of it all. No character development and no evidence of love between the MCs, just frequent sex.
