This book provided some good insights to a war that polarized the U.S. Seeing it from a soldier's POV was interesting. The fact that corruption did exist among Americans involved in Viet Nam was eye-opening. Characters were colorful and well-portrayed. Plot moved smoothly and quickly.
An excellent rehash of the mess that was Vietnam from the view of the men fighting the war. A clear depiction of the conflict between the missions of the CIA and the Army.
