The only things more miraculous than Keats's career-he began writing at the age of eighteen, and by the time he died, seven years later in 1821, he had produced a substantial number of the greatest poems in English-are those poems themselves.

John Keats (born October 31, 1795 – died February 23, 1821) began life as the son of a stable-owner, and ended it as an unmarried, poor and tuberculosis-ridden young man.

This list is intended to collate the poems which reflect Keats’ extraordinary genius and ability to handle a range of themes and form, rather than simply his most famous.

Love the Pocket Poets books. This has all of the Keats that is essential. My favorite poet, so I was looking for the ones that are the greatest hits and beyond when giving this as a gift. These will look good and last a long time as they are just a cut below the regular novel-sized Everyman's Library cloth-bound books. I don't think the pocket poets have acid-free pages and I'm not sure the cloth binding is as superior but these are lovely and look great for display along with the rest of the Everyman's Library you can collect...and USE.
Everyman and woman should have one!
small well bound volume of Keats
Masterful work
Knopf serves civilization well by continuing the Everyman series -- printed in Germany, hardbound, light cream-colored paper, and, yes, really small enough for a pocket, purse, or camera bag. And Keats -- to know Keats is to know life.

And do take a look at my modest volume of poetry, THE ROAD TO MAGDALENA, available from as bits of dead tree for $6.95 or as an e-book for a dollar.
I have several of the Everyman's Library Pocket Poets and I love these lttle books. They fit with ease in my purse so I can take them anywhere. A good selection on the Poetry too!
I adore this & travel with it to many places, such a nice size but really well made.
