Perfect for my new role in a prenatal clinic in a public health setting (particularly as I had no prenatal experience!) It is well written and yet not too scientific. It give you the explanations you need without overwhelming you. Great buy!

I had to read this book for a nursing class I took at the University of Michigan. We had 5 weeks in which to read all but a couple of chapters. A lot of the information seemed repetitive. You can get the full text online by registering the code that you scratch off on the inside of the book. I imagine this would be a good book to have on hand to use as a reference. I decided not to keep it, and sold it after the course finished.

This book has everything you need to know about pregnancy. It is organized and easy to read and understand. The CD does not have many NCLEX questions but overall it is a very good book.
