The book was written in a lovely happy friendly style which was a joy to read on holiday. I was a fan of the Bay City Rollers back in the 70's. Great music and great times! Well. It didn't really matter that I was a fan of a different group,I identified with so much of the story. The reference to your parents and in particular Frankie Vaughan at the end really touched a nerve as my late Mum was huge.
